Dining on campus isn’t one size fits all. Our meal plans were designed to meet your unique needs. If you are looking to enjoy a meal with friends or just a snack on the go – we’ve got a plan to fit every appetite.

All dining plans now include 15 meal exchanges! This means that you can use 15 of your meal swipes for meals at York Street Deli or Grille Works in the Campion Food Court. Meal exchange can be used during lunch, dinner or late night. Learn more with our Meal Plans 101 page.

To purchase your meal plan visit The Nest
Login to the NEST   https://cas.sju.edu/cas/login
  • Click on School Services
  • On the left side under Student Resources, click on Commuter/Non-Residential Meal Plans
  • This will open a 2nd line item the reads Commuter/ Non-Residential Meal Plans--Click there
  • Then you'll enter the Housing Portal. Click on the Non-Residential Meal Plan tab across the top
  • Once you click, HERE, and 2019/2020 Academic Year then Save and Continue, you'll see that meal plans are under step 2 and you can select from the drop down menu.
  • Click Save and Continue. Then you're done!  The cost will be added to the tuition bill within 48 hours.
NEW! Meal Exchange: Meal Exchange is an added bonus to ALL MEAL PLAN HOLDERS. Enjoy even more value and variety with your meal plan by using one of your meal swipes for select meals at Grille Works and York St. Deli in the Campion Food Court! All Meal Plan Holders can use 15 of their meal swipes as meal exchange per semester. 

Pricing listed is for the entire academic year. Please click the meal plan details button for more information on the pricing per semester.

All meal plans are allocated and placed on your tuition bill each semester.  A fall meal plan holder is therefore automatically enrolled in the spring, without regards to changing.  All unused DB from the fall semester will roll over to the spring semester.  Unused DB does not carry over from one year to the next and expires at the end of the spring semester.

Students residing in a second year residence hall/campus house (Hogan Hall, Quirk Hall, St. Albert's Hall, Xavier Hall, Moore Hall, Tara Hall, Sullivan Hall, St. Mary's Hall, Jordan Hall), are required to have a 10 Meal Swipe, 12 Meal Swipe, Unlimited Access, or Unlimited Access Plus Meal Plan.

Students residing in a second year residence hall/campus apartments (Ashwood Apartments, Lannon Hall, Merion Gardens (A-Side), Pennbrook Apartments, Rashford Hall) or Junior/Senior Exclusive Communities (Merion Gardens (B-Side), Morris Quad Townhouses), are not required to have a meal plan but student's in these locations most often select one of our block meal plans.
